Shipping: Shipping time is generally 5-10 business days.
Please note that while based in Cleveland, we use a third party printer and fullfilment company (Printful). As much as we'd like to offer a local pick up option, that is not possible at this time.

Exchanges/Returns: Printful's policy does not allow returns or exhanges unless it is due to an error on their end such as a wrong size sent, misprint, flawed garment, etc. PLEASE be sure to check the t-shirt size chart below. All t-shirts are Gildan Unisex Softstyle 64000. Feel free to look up more info on that particular garment as needed prior to ordering.

Payment: All payments are made through PayPal which can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
